Let's strength train! 💪 Miss Maddie, Gravity instructor and athletic trainer, is offering private lessons through OSR Physical Therapy to work on injury prevention/recovery and strength training! These are great for all dancers, whether you are suffering from an injury or just want to get stronger and improve movement quality and technique. These sessions can include rehab exercises, stretching, mobilizations, manual therapy, and other evidence-based interventions. Sport-specific training is an essential step in muscle training, and we believe having a healthcare provider who understands dancers is vital to dancers success!
